 | Immunoprecipitation mTOR was immunoprecipitated from a whole extract of human HEK 293T cells using Anti-mTOR (Cat. No. T2949). The IP samples were separated on SDS-PAGE and blotted with a control anti-rat mTOR. The antibody was developed with Anti-Rabbit IgG, Peroxidase (Cat. No. A0545) and chemiluminescent substrate. Lane 1: 1.1 μg of Anti-mTOR immunoprecipitates mTOR from a RIPA extract of 300 μg of 293T cells. Lane 2: negative control (pre-immune serum was used instead of the Anti-mTOR antibody) |
